By using Lumiveil ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You retain all rights to the images you process. Lumiveil does not claim any ownership of your content. Because processing happens in your browser, your images are not transmitted to us.
You agree to use Lumiveil lawfully and not to process images in ways that infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the images you process.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will be error-free or meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiveil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Paid Pro features and tips are processed via Ko-fi. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Ko-fi in line with its policies and applicable consumer law.
We may update or change the Service and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
